AWARD Winning Project, Excellence in Construction 2018

Proud to be part of the 2018 Excellence in Construction Award received by  by Commercial Builder,  H C Pody & Company.  Partners, Hugh and Nick Pody submitted the completed project to the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc., Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter.  A highly successful construction materials company had outgrown their 1970s era office building and wanted a state of the art facility. Challenges included a tight site integrated with concrete manufacturing and delivery operations and the need to keep both office and material operations going 24/7 throughout the year long construction effort. The stunning stone, bronze and glass addition wraps the original building in 3 stories of offices, conference, communal and support spaces. OMNIA designed interiors feature soaring vestibule and reception spaces lavished with stone, concrete and wood paneling. Lighting, hardware, murals, furniture, bathrooms, offices and common spaces were each designed to be part of a holistic, updated, brand forward, efficient yet comfortable working environment.
