Interior Architecture Redesign, Center City Philadelphia PA

This 1890’s era Center City Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Horace Trumbauer gem has been used as an upscale office for decades. Now on the real estate market, OMNIA Architects has worked with the owner and sales team to reimagine and redesign the interior architect in this building as a modern apartment residence. Originally a gilded era home for a wealthy Philadelphia business magnate, the prime property features a stunning marble staircase and floor after floor of grand rooms and opulent details. OMNIA Architects designed each floor to accommodate a modern 21^st century lifestyle with new grand lux kitchen, casual and formal dining and living areas, a study and four grand, en-suite bedrooms. Yet we were sensitive to maintain the vast majority of unique and historic features. Brochure plans and computer 3D renderings were developed to fix and communicate our architectural interior design to potential buyers.
